The story revolves around the unlikely partnership of a con man, foger and thief Neal Caffrey and an FBI agent Peter Burke. Who have been playing cat and mouse for three years. Finally Neal Caffrey is captured by Peter Burke. When Neal escapes from maximum security prison to find his ex-girlfriend Kate, Peter captures him once again. This time Neal offers a deal that he will help to Peter catch other criminals and elusive crooks. After some hesitation Peter agrees for an unconventional but successful partnership.
