The Walking Dead is an American post-apocalyptic horror television series developed by Frank Darabont. The series tells the story of a small group of survivors led by Sheriff's Deputy Rick Grimes and his family. The police officer Rick Grimes and the group of survivors try to battle against the Zombies to stay alive. The series explores how the living are changed by the overwhelming realization that those who survive can be far more dangerous than the mindless walkers roaming the earth. They themselves have become the walking dead and traveling in search of a secure and safe home.
