According to the show's format the producers select a group of seven strangers from different backgrounds and countries. They are lived together in a house for several months. Their interpersonal unscripted interactions with one another and the world around them are recorded by the hidden cameras. Then these recordings are represented for the viewers. Each season the show moves to a different city.
