Zoe hart is a fast-talking brand new doctor of New york. She has set some goals. After graduating top of her class from medical institute, she will follow her father's profession and become a cardio-thoracic surgeon. But when her dreams remain unfulfilled. She decides to accept an offer from a stranger, Dr. Harley Wilkes, to work with him at his small practice in Bluebell.
