This series is about a group of young mixed martial arts (MMA) fighters friends who are living in small town Minden, Louisiana. These amateur fighter friends are striving and struggling to their future after graduation from high school. Although their lives are filled with uncertainty, but they are struggling to break out of the metaphorical cage, they find themselves in. This weekly reality documentary series peeks into the world of young fighters, that how they strive and fight inside and outside of the cage to their future.
