The series is surrounded around a group of missing Alcatraz guards and prisoners. Who disappear many years ago and mysteriously reappear in the present day. When FBI Detective Rebecca Madsen is assigned to investigate the truth behind their disappearance. Then during the investigation she meets a former Alcatraz inmate Jack Sylvane who died decades ago. Madsen and her team realize that Sylvane is only a small part of a biggest present-day threat.
